We are excited to inform you that effective Monday, February 27, 2012, the Human Resources division of HCDE will begin utilizing a new and much-improved online employment application system. This new solution will allow all applicants to better market themselves for positions within the HCDE system. Applicants will now be able to provide more comprehensive information about their past employment experiences. This innovative tool also has much more functionality and it promises to make for an enhanced user-friendly online experience for applicants. All of this will also result in our staff having the ability to better match applicants with available positions based on applicants’ experiences and other qualifying criteria, and means that we will now be able to better meet the needs of both our applicants and the Department as a whole.
As a result of moving to this new system, it will be necessary for you to log in to our employment site and reapply for any positions in which you are currently interested. Simply access the employment section of the website as usual, and the site will automatically direct you to the new application system. Existing information stored in the current system will not carry over for any applicant. For employment consideration for any available positions on or after February 27, 2012, interested candidates must resubmit all of their application information and reapply for interested positions in order to be considered for employment with HCDE.
