Work on the program at a time best for you. You may access your new online class any time and any place that has an internet connection – 24 hours a day/365 days a year. To remain enrolled, you must use the program for at least three hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks. Failure to do so results in loss of privileges. We encourage you to study for more than the minimum program requirements. Remember, the more you work, the faster you will reach your goals!
Enrollment is a 3 step process. In order to successfully enroll, you will need to complete all of the following steps:
Step 1: Orientation and Testing
You will receive general information about the program, participate in orientation activities and complete the first portion of the baseline assessment. The assessment will be used to match you with the appropriate online program.
Step 2: Registration and Testing
Complete registration documents and become fully enrolled in our program. The second and final part of the baseline assessment will be administered.
Step 3: Online Program Training
You will receive a hands-on guided tour of the program that has been selected for you and time to practice using the program. A trainer will be at your side to answer any questions and ensure that you are ready to work on your own.
During the registration process, you are given a date and time to return to the same location to take a progress test. The progress test is critical to track your advancement towards your goals, ensure that you receive priority placement in upcoming classes, and assist our program in justifying the use of grant funds. Please make a special effort to return for testing. If you are not able to return on the predetermined date, please call our office and we will arrange a date and time that is best for you.
