Harris County Department of Education Records Management division provides a temperature- and humidity-controlled, secure facility to store your records. Our facility is monitored with an interior multilevel sprinkler system and exterior surveillance cameras.
HCDE offers a web-based management tool that provides real-time access to your off-site records, making it easy to manage your own records and retrieve your hard copy files, without phone calls, faxes and emails.
For your convenience, we sell a perfectly crafted double-sided, easy to handle storage box for your storage needs. The box is equipped with a label for entering contents and is one of the leading storage materials on the market.
