Secure Document Shredding
Our software monitors destruction eligibility dates for all items stored in the records center.
When the report indicates that records can be deleted, HCDE Records Management obtains the appropriate approval signatures from you and then transports your records to a shredding facility, for proper destruction. For records picked up from your location we ask for the appropriate signed paperwork (Destruction Certificate) before removing the records.
