Become a Member of the CASE for Kids Provider Network


Harris County Department of Education uses the HCDE eBid System,  a web-based, e-procurement system that includes an electronic process for vendor registrations; automatic vendor notification of bid opportunities; and electronic vendor bidding. 

CASE for Kids opens the Afterschool and Summer Direct Service Bid for approximately two months each spring. All afterschool providers that successfully respond to the CASE for Kids Afterschool and Summer Direct Service Providers request for proposals through the HCDE eBid System and are approved by the HCDE Board of Trustees become members of the CASE for Kids Provider Network.

CASE for Kids offers Provider Network members opportunities to promote, expand and enhance their services to build their organizational capacity and to expand their client base.
