01/27/2021 TLC-ELA Bridges to the New STAAR-STAAR Academy-Grade 7 Writing Strategies & Mentor Texts - Teaching students with published models and mentor texts not only strengthens reading skills but develops real writers in grade 7. Participants will learn how to use mentor texts to bridge reading and writing workshop more effectively for multiple learning styles. Teachers will walk away with multiple lessons and texts to build a stronger writer in their classrooms.
